From making sure the biscuit tin is stocked to leading top-level campaigns for our clients, Jon’s role as Managing Director means no two days are ever the same.

With years of experience in advertising, marketing and business strategy, Jon oversees the agency’s direction while supporting the team in delivering creative and effective solutions for clients. Whether it’s developing a campaign, meeting with clients or helping shape the future of the agency, Jon is always ready to get involved.

Outside of work, Jon’s sense of adventure takes him beneath the waves. A keen scuba diver, he has explored dive sites across the globe and is always planning his next underwater adventure. He’s also a 3rd Dan Karate practitioner and instructor, dedicating time to teaching and mentoring others in the discipline.
