Supporting people with Diabetes

The primary function of the Diabetes Jersey charity is to raise awareness of diabetes and offer information and advice to all those that require it including those people affected, their family and friends.

Our task was to update their website with an easy-to-use and informative channel to provide information about the local support and guidance available to help people manage and live with diabetes.
